What age groups do you work with?
We primarily work with athletes aged 12-21, with programming specifically designed for different developmental stages within this range.
Can I switch between service packages?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time, with the changes taking effect in your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?

Do I need any special equipment?

How do the online consultations work?
Consultations take place via video call at a scheduled time. You’ll receive a link to join the call, and can upload any relevant videos or materials beforehand.
Are parents involved in the process?
We encourage parental involvement, especially for younger athletes. Parents receive progress reports and can participate in certain consultation sessions.
